TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

I hereby release and forever discharge JPParssi, Inc., A&E; Show Group, Palm Beach Contemporary, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the show. If accepted, A&E; Show Group has my permission to use the images I have submitted for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing their shows. I agree to abide by all payment and cancellation schedules. I understand that booth fee deposits are non-refundable after 3 days . I further consent to the enforcement of all A&E; Show Group rules as set forth in the entry Prospectus and in any subsequent correspondence. If I have provided a credit card number, you have my permission to charge my credit card account in the amount of $300 as a deposit on my booth fee upon receipt of this paperwork. The remaining balance will be charged to my credit card as follows (if paying by check, an invoice will be issued): September 15, 2016 – $500. November 30, 2016 – the balance of booth fee + electricity and jewelry lockup (if ordered)
